God’s Work Our Hands Day
The Palisades Lutheran Ministries (formerly Palisades Cluster Committee) is planning to make flood kits for those affected by recent flooding events on God’s Work, Our Hands Day, September 11. We will be joining other Palisades area churches to complete this project. Kit assembly will be at St. Luke’s in Ferndale, 470 Church Hill Road from 12-2 PM. Come help assemble kits or drop off cleaning supplies donations. Any help is greatly appreciated.

I would like to thank everyone for the many thoughtful cards, notes and kind wishes I have received. They are deeply appreciated. Vincent and I are especially grateful for the generous gift card for the Golden Pheasant Inn and the enclosed gift. We feel truly blessed to have been able to share fellowship time with so many of you at the reception following the worship service on June 26. After the public health restrictions of the last two years, it was wonderful to be able to finally gather together again to remember and celebrate the many ministries we have shared.
